​I charge a minimum of .1 or a tenth of an hour for my time. This includes any activity from 1-6 minutes, rounded up.

Predetermined Charges:

Preparing deposits/banking: minimum .3

Writing paper correspondence: minimum .2

Paying bills, entering into accounting software, reconciling bank statements: .2 per bill

Opening, reading and filing paper correspondence: minimum .1

Per telephone conversation: .1

Per email received that requires thoughtful reading and response: minimum .1

Mileage is charged at the allowable rate in California if destination is out of Sonoma County

Travel time is charged to and from all designated client appointments
